Tobba is proud to offer customers quality and custom Icelandic designed products.
For Tobba.is direct purchases: you may return any unused item (excluding personalised products, custom made, and price reduced products due to imperfections) with original packaging and contents within 7 days of receiving the product for a refund.
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items and agree that initial freight costs are not refundable.
*If 7 days have gone by since receiving the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
*We recommend opening your products as soon as it arrives to inspect them promptly upon receiving so if there are any issues or damages within transit we can help rectify accordingly within eligible 7 day returns timeframe. Please note, any damages in transit or when cartons are opened, need to be noted on delivery paperwork and reported to firstname.lastname@example.org 4 days and not assembled/modified in any way prior to contacting us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
*We do charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
*Custom made items and personalised items are non-refundable.
*Any products that have been discounted as “seconds” due to minor flaws/ imperfections are final sale & non -refundable.
*Change of mind orders prior to fulfilment are refunded minus applicable payment processing fees incurred by Tobba.is. This cancellation fee is 6% of total purchase amount.
*For retailer purchases: Purchases made through an authorised retailer must be returned to the retailer and will be subject to their return policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
For International orders
Pressing time 1 - 3 working days, Transited time 16-25 working days please track your package to find its location and call your courier service with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for any additional tax laws, delays, or rejections that may potentially occur at customs.
We make every effort to ship all orders received by 11 pm GMT on the same day. Orders placed after 11 pm GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day but we cannot guarantee.
(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or hold. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by our shipping couriers, please contact us and we will help you investigate your delivery.
All other addresses are calculated for the best rates possible. Our products are shipped directly by the manufacturer and therefore are controlled by the supplier. Please check closely as some products are shipped from other countries and may take additional to arrive.
